Serves: 4

It’s true: Sweet treats harmonize with MyBacon just as well as the real thing! Candied Maple MyBacon can be devoured on its own, or used as a fancy, sweet-meets-salty garnish.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 1 pack of MyBacon

  • 1/2 cup 100% pure maple syrup

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Preheat over to 250 degrees.

  2. Open your pack of MyBacon. On a standard cookie sheet, spread out the slices (no overlapping!) so each strip stays flat.

  3. Bake for 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven. (Tip: If you’re serving cupcakes, save any residual melted coconut oil to use in your recipe!)

  5. Brush 1/2 cup of maple syrup over partially cooked MyBacon.

  6. Place in oven for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

  7. Remove from oven and let cool.

  8. Cut into the desired lengths and enjoy!
